You retain ownership of the content you create and share through DownTo, including Moves, messages, and other information you submit. By posting content, you grant DownTo a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. We may also remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

DownTo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service, and we are not responsible for user conduct or events that occur outside the app.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DownTo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.

DownTo is operated by Nicholas Sasina. References to "DownTo," "we," "us," and "our" throughout these Terms refer to the operator of the service.
